For our Swiss Headquarters in Trübbach we are looking for a 

Patent Attorney 

Evatec is a Swiss company with offices in the US, Europe and Asia that specialises in the development, production and sale of high-tech thin film deposition equipment for the semiconductor, optical and optoelectronics markets. Your main tasks:

  • Actively seeking out inventions, drafting and submitting patent applications in conjunction with our scientists
  • Overseeing patent prosecution, maintenance, defense, and enforcing patent rights
  • Providing counsel to management on patent strategies for developing products
  • Managing the patent portfolio, aiding the decision-making process for worldwide filings, maintenance, and abandonment of patent filings from inception to completion
    Conducting freedom to operate analysis
  • Assessing contract terms related to intellectual property and liaising with the Legal department on the drafting and negotiation
  • Reviewing planned publications

 

Your profile:
