For our Swiss Headquarters in Trübbach we are looking for a
Patent Attorney

Your main tasks:
- Actively seeking out inventions, drafting and submitting patent applications in conjunction with our scientists
- Overseeing patent prosecution, maintenance, defense, and enforcing patent rights
- Providing counsel to management on patent strategies for developing products
- Managing the patent portfolio, aiding the decision-making process for worldwide filings, maintenance, and abandonment of patent filings from inception to completion
Conducting freedom to operate analysis - Assessing contract terms related to intellectual property and liaising with the Legal department on the drafting and negotiation
- Reviewing planned publications
Your profile:
