Job Description

As a Project Leader at Evatec, you manage technical support projects, ensuring timely and effective solutions for customer issues. You coordinate with various teams, oversee project timelines, and implement improvements. Your role involves troubleshooting, providing technical guidance, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

What you will be doing

  • check Point of contact for support requests from representatives and subsidiaries (Third Level Support)
  • check Responding to technical inquiries
  • check Assisting in troubleshooting and error resolution, on-site worldwide if necessary
  • check Procuring and creating information/documents to support service organizations and product groups
  • check Representing service interests in development projects
  • check Managing complaints/escalations

What you should bring

  • check Technical education (further education FH, HF preferred)
  • check Resilience and high flexibility
  • check Problem-solving skills
  • check Communication and teamwork skills
  • check Experience in the field of semiconductor equipment is desirable
  • check Fluent in English and German
  • check Willingness to travel: approx. 10%
