Job Description
As Scientist your are responsible for the Development of new, innovative thin film deposition equipment and processes with focus on (PE)CVD and (PE)ALD technologies
What you will be doing
- check Development of new, innovative thin film deposition equipment and processes with focus on (PE)CVD and (PE)ALD technologies
- check Planning, designing and conducting experiments to improve our hardware and processes in order to deposit thin films
- check Calculation, simulation of plasma properties, film properties, gas flow or others
- check Supporting our technology-, product-, process development team and business units (BUs) as a scientific expert for thin film equipment and measurement
- check Generating IP and writing scientific articles for publication
- check Represent our company on scientific conference and customer visits
What you should bring
- check Expert (5+ years) in vacuum and thin film technology with specialization in (PE)CVD and/or (PE)ALD technologies, especially for semiconductor applications (equipment and/or process side)
- check Master or PhD in Physics, Chemical Engineering, Material Science or any closely related technical field
- check Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop innovative solutions
- check Profound knowhow about nanotechnology and related measurement techniques are a plus
- check Knowhow about programming and simulations are an advantage
- check A creative way of thinking and power of endurance
- check Team player
- check Fluent in English is a must, German is an advantage
