SiCSem Ltd. selects CLUSTERLINE®
SiCSem Pvt. Ltd. (Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India) and Evatec AG (Trübbach,Switzerland) today announced the award of four CLUSTERLINE® 200 systems in India underscoring the shared commitment of both companies to support the development of the country's semiconductor industry. This project represents Evatec's first CLUSTERLINE® business in India and reflects the successful outcome of sustained collaboration and long-term business development efforts with local industry leaders.
SiCSem is at the forefront of industry efforts, building a Front-End fab in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, a region that is rapidly emerging as an important center for technology and innovation. Supported by strong government initiatives and growing industrial investments, Odisha is establishing itself as a key contributor to India's semiconductor ambitions. SiCSem and Evatec will work in close collaboration with IIT Bhubaneswar, one of India's leading academic institutions for engineering education and research. Together, industry and academia are working to foster innovation, develop highly qualified talent, and accelerate the advancement of semiconductor manufacturing in India.
