Job Description

Want to make a real impact while still studying? As a working student in standardization engineering, you bring structure to complex product data and processes. You collaborate closely with engineering and product management while actively shaping standards.

What you will be doing

  • check Ensure data quality: you maintain and clean item data in PDM, PLM, and ERP systems
  • check Develop standards: you actively support product standardization across the company
  • check Define standard parts: you classify and enhance the structure of Evatec standard components
  • check Manage lifecycle: you support phase-in/-out of parts in collaboration with engineering and product management
  • check Improve processes: you contribute to discontinuation workflows and continuously optimize them

What you should bring

  • check Technical studies: you are currently studying mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or similar
  • check Analytical mindset: you work in a structured, pragmatic, and solution-oriented way
  • check Work style: you are precise, reliable, and well organized
  • check Tools: you have experience with MS Office; CAD (e.g., Autodesk Inventor/Vault) is a plus
  • check Languages: you are fluent in German and English
