Job Description
As a System Engineer at Evatec, you initiate and support the selection, integration, and qualification of devices and system components. You assist customer projects, manage subsystem specifications, analyze product discontinuations, maintain internal standards, support engineering processes, and coordinate technical documentation.
What you will be doing
- check Technical management and coordination of development and new customer projects (hardware and software)
- check Definition and specification of system components and assemblies
- check Specification and qualification of purchased subsystems of the coating systems
- check Maintenance and coordination of technical system documentation
- check Support of customers, product management, service organization, customer service, application and process engineering in system issues
- check Initiation and support of the development and testing of new hardware and software of the coating systems in cooperation with engineering
What you should bring
- check Completed technical training (HF, HTL, FH, ETH) in electrical engineering or microtechnology
- check Knowledge of vacuum technology or the semiconductor industry is an advantage
- check Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- check High degree of independence and initiative in carrying out work
- check Fluent in written and spoken German and English
- check Travel: approx. 10%.
