Job Description
As a QA Software Engineer, you develop modern test strategies, automate tests, and ensure reliable, robust, and state‑of‑the‑art product releases. You analyze software quality, perform regression testing, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams. This way, you actively contribute to product excellence and become part of an innovative, motivated engineering team.
What you will be doing
- check Develop test strategies: you create structured test plans, test cases, and define clear testing methods
- check Drive test automation: you design and implement automated tests using tools such as Squish or PyTest
- check Analyze software quality: you identify, document, and track defects and help define sustainable solutions
- check Execute regression testing: you safeguard releases and ensure that issues remain resolved long-term
- check Monitor quality metrics: you track QA metrics, investigate root causes, and collaborate closely with teams to improve product quality
What you should bring
- check Software development experience: you have hands-on experience in software development
- check Strong QA background: you are familiar with QA methodologies, tools, and processes—from white-box to black-box testing
- check Test automation expertise: you have practical experience with automated testing tools and solid skills in SQL and scripting
- check Agile mindset: you are comfortable working within Agile/Scrum environments
- check Technical education: you hold a BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
