Job Description
What you will be doing
- check Drive projects end‑to‑end: you plan, coordinate and steer R&D projects and make sure things truly move forward
- check Own the KPIs: you keep “on time, on quality, on budget” under control and ensure the project stays on track
- check Actively manage risks: you identify risks early, initiate mitigation measures and keep all stakeholders aligned
- check Navigate the matrix with confidence: you engage the right people, manage interfaces and drive decisions
- check Create clarity: you communicate clearly, structure information and bring focus to the project team
What you should bring
- check Technical background: you hold a bachelor degree in a STEM field (e.g. Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering)
- check First relevant experience: you have 2–3 years of experience in a project-related role and are ready to step up as a Project Leader
- check Hands‑on mindset: you want to shape, solve and move things
- check Matrix mindset: you enjoy working with multiple stakeholders, can prioritise and stay focused in complexity
- check Strong communicator: you convey complex topics clearly and bring people together
