What you will be doing
- check Drive development: you further develop the Evatec Academy and create sustainable learning solutions
- check Build learning concepts: you design new training formats, learning journeys and knowledge management approaches
- check Advance digital learning: you implement and optimize digital learning solutions, eLearning content and LMS-based programs
- check Connect expertise: you engage internal subject matter experts and establish effective knowledge transfer structures
- check Lead transformation: you turn strategic ideas into practical initiatives and support the organisation in becoming a learning company
What you should bring
- check Relevant experience: you have ideally 5 to 10 years of experience in learning, training, academy or talent development environments
- check Growth mindset: you are ready for the next career step and want to take ownership of an important strategic topic
- check Digital learning expertise: you understand modern learning approaches, eLearning solutions and ideally Learning Management Systems
- check Stakeholder management skills: you build trust, influence stakeholders and gain support for new initiatives
- check Entrepreneurial approach: you combine strategic thinking with a hands-on mindset and drive topics independently
