As a Spare Parts Operations Specialist | International Customer Support, you are the key link between customers, internal departments and global partners. By combining order processing, coordination and customer support, you ensure that spare parts orders reach their destination smoothly and efficiently.

What you will be doing

  • check Create quotations: you prepare quotations for spare parts and service activities, contributing to a professional customer experience
  • check Manage orders: you are responsible for processing customer orders in compliance with international trade regulations and internal policies
  • check Keep deadlines on track: you coordinate customer orders, monitor key milestones and ensure reliable execution
  • check Be the central point of contact: you act as the key interface for internal and external customers regarding spare parts and service orders
  • check Strengthen customer relationships: you understand customer needs, find practical solutions and contribute to a positive customer experience

What you should bring

  • check Commercial background with a broad perspective: you have completed a commercial apprenticeship and ideally gained experience in international order processing
  • check Strong organizational skills: you work in a structured manner, set priorities wisely and keep an overview even in a dynamic environment
  • check Technical curiosity: thanks to your technical affinity, you quickly find your way around complex products and processes
  • check Customer-focused mindset: you think from the customer’s perspective, act in a solution-oriented way and take ownership of a smooth order processing experience
  • check Confident communicator: you are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
