Job Description

International supply chains, export controls and global trade flows are your world? Join us and take responsibility for complex import and export processes in an international high-tech environment. You'll help ensure that our products reach customers around the globe safely, compliantly and on time.

What you will be doing

  • check Drive global trade operations: you manage our import and export orders from order intake through to final delivery and ensure smooth execution worldwide
  • check Share your expertise: you are the go-to person for customs, transport and export-related topics, supporting both internal and external stakeholders
  • check Ensure compliance: you navigate export control and re-export regulations confidently and make sure all requirements are met
  • check Coordinate licences and approvals: you take care of export licences, letters of credit and bank guarantees, keeping track even in complex situations
  • check Optimize logistics: you organize transportation, handle dangerous goods shipments and monitor freight and customs costs with a focus on quality, timelines and budget

What you should bring

  • check Experience in international trade: you bring 3–5 years of experience in import and export operations
  • check Export and compliance know-how: you are familiar with export control regulations and US re-export requirements
  • check Relevant qualification: you have completed further training in export, foreign trade or a related field
  • check Independent working style: you work autonomously, stay organized and keep a clear overview, even in complex situations
  • check Language and process skills: you communicate confidently in German and English and enjoy working in a structured, process-oriented way
