As an Automation Assembly Technician, you work on technologically advanced equipment for the semiconductor industry, combining precise assembly work with strong technical system understanding in close collaboration with engineering, development and manufacturing.
What you will be doing
checkAssemble systems: you assemble complex production equipment and precision modules according to drawings, parts lists and technical specifications
checkEnsure functionality: you analyse mechanical and system-related deviations and implement appropriate corrective actions
checkUnderstand interfaces: you work at the interface between mechanics, automation and process components
checkSolve problems: you support engineering, development and manufacturing in analysing and resolving technical issues
checkDevelop equipment further: you actively contribute improvement ideas from assembly practice to the continuous development of the equipment
What you should bring
checkTechnical background: you have completed vocational training in mechanics, polymechanics, automation or a comparable field
checkSystem understanding: you have experience in equipment or machine engineering and a strong interest in complex technical systems
checkTechnical depth: ideally, you have knowledge of vacuum technology, pneumatics or mechatronics
checkWorking style: you work in a structured, analytical and independent manner, even when handling challenging tasks
checkLanguage skills: you have good basic English skills for working with technical documentation
