Sales ManagerIn Advanced Packaging PVD Equipment
Job Description
As Sales Manager for Advanced Packaging PVD Equipment, you drive market development in China, execute our sales strategy and successfully position Evatec’s PVD solutions with leading semiconductor customers. You combine technical expertise with strong commercial skills to shape our growth in advanced packaging.
What you will be doing
- Drive the sales strategy: you define and execute the sales strategy in your region and ensure booking, billing and revenue targets are achieved
- Build customer relationships: you develop strong, long-term partnerships with technical, operational and executive stakeholders and grow key accounts sustainably
- Sell technical solutions: you articulate complex PVD and advanced packaging technologies, identify customer needs and create compelling solution proposals
- Analyse markets and trends: you monitor market developments, applications and competitors and translate insights into accurate forecasts and strategic recommendations
- Collaborate cross-functionally: you work closely with Engineering, R&D and Product Marketing to ensure customer requirements align with our product roadmap
What you should bring
- Technical background: you hold a Master’s degree or higher in Engineering, such as Electrical Engineering, Physics or Materials Science
- Experience in technical sales: you have 3–8 years of B2B technical sales experience, ideally in PVD or semiconductor capital equipment
- Strong technology understanding: you understand thin-film technologies, vacuum systems, sputtering processes and advanced packaging (e.g., TSV, fan-out, wafer-level packaging)
- Sales skills: you have strong negotiation, presentation and closing abilities with a hunter mindset for identifying new opportunities
- Language skills: you are fluent in English and Mandarin
