Job Description

Do you want to do more than manage existing training programs? What you will be doing

  • check Drive development: you further develop the Evatec Academy and create sustainable learning solutions
  • check Build learning concepts: you design new training formats, learning journeys and knowledge management approaches
  • check Advance digital learning: you implement and optimize digital learning solutions, eLearning content and LMS-based programs
  • check Connect expertise: you engage internal subject matter experts and establish effective knowledge transfer structures
  • check Lead transformation: you turn strategic ideas into practical initiatives and support the organisation in becoming a learning company

What you should bring

  • check Relevant experience: you have ideally 5 to 10 years of experience in learning, training, academy or talent development environments
  • check Growth mindset: you are ready for the next career step and want to take ownership of an important strategic topic
  • check Digital learning expertise: you understand modern learning approaches, eLearning solutions and ideally Learning Management Systems
  • check Stakeholder management skills: you build trust, influence stakeholders and gain support for new initiatives
  • check Entrepreneurial approach: you combine strategic thinking with a hands-on mindset and drive topics independently
