Job Description

As a Training Coordinator at Evatec, you design, implement, and manage training programs for employees and customers. You assess training needs, develop materials, and organize sessions. You also monitor progress, evaluate effectiveness, and ensure continuous improvement in skills and knowledge.

What you will be doing

  • check Organizing training sessions for customers, from the offer to invoicing
  • check Organizing internal training sessions, including the reservation of resources and trainers, managing communication, sending documentation, creating certificates, etc.
  • check Managing the internal website with announcements, handling registrations and waiting lists
  • check Complete organization of training sessions with external providers
  • check Organizing onboarding sessions for new employees
  • check Administration of the learning platform

What you should bring

  • check Commercial training with professional experience in the training environment
  • check Excellent oral and written skills in German and English (Advanced Level)
  • check Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • check Understanding of necessary technical tools for presentations and video conferencing
