For our Software Team in Trübbach we are looking for a 

Software Product Manager

Your main tasks:

  • Overall responsibility for the cost, functionality, and quality of the Equipment Control Software
  • Managing with other stakeholders to define the Equipment Control Software Roadmap, the project scopes, timelines, and resource requirements
  • Oversee, drive, and control the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment
  • Execute, drive, and strictly control the Software Requirements Engineering Process concerning test driven development and stakeholder alignment across all functions prior coding
  • Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure projects, especially technical projects, are delivered on time and within budget
  • Mitigate risks and resolve issues that may arise during development
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams
  • Responsible to generate all documentations for the equipment software includes periodical update software manuals and release notes
  • Define, initiate, and leads Software Engineering projects. Permanent monitoring and controlling of projects. Recognition and initialization of necessary adjustments
  • Cooperate and confer with Customer, Project management, Customer Service, R&D on a regular basis


Your profile:

  • Bachelor or Master degree in computer science or related degree
  • Experience in equipment engineering and construction, control systems and appropriate software methods and architectures
  • Distinctive knowledge in customer applications and process technology
  • Experience in the management and execution of complex engineering projects
  • Management and Leadership skills
  • Sound communication and contact skills
  • Entrepreneurial skills in thinking and acting
  • Team spirit, creativity, ability to work under pressure
  • Fluent in English and German, additional language skills are an asset
