Job Description

As Managing Director for Germany and Europe, you will lead strategic growth, build strong customer relationships and empower high-performing teams. You will be part of a culture where innovation happens early and your impact drives real technological progress.

What you will be doing

  • check Take ownership: you lead the European Sales & Service entities and carry full P&L responsibility
  • check Drive strategy: you develop sales strategies together with the PMM team to achieve financial targets and long-term growth
  • check Build relationships: you manage international key accounts and foster strong multi-level relationships with customers and Evatec leadership
  • check Use market intelligence: you bring insights from the field to strengthen our market position and improve profitability
  • check Develop teams: you empower your people and build high-performing, customer-focused teams

What you should bring

  • check Leadership experience: you bring at least 5 years of international executive management experience, ideally in the high-tech industry
  • check Industry expertise: you have over 10 years of experience in selling complex technical equipment, preferably in the semiconductor or optics sector
  • check Solid education: you hold a degree in engineering or business and are familiar with capital equipment
  • check Strong communicator: you are fluent in English - German is a plus
  • check Globally minded: You are open to regular travel and understand European and global business practices
