Job Description

As Team Leader Order Processing, you are responsible for managing the Order Processing Team (Spare Parts & Repair) including work planning, time management, training and performance appraisal.

What you will be doing

  • check Management of the Order Processing Team (Spare Parts & Repair) including work planning, time management, training and performance appraisal
  • check Management and control of all steps of the order process in the SAP S/4 HANA system, including order entry, stock checking, delivery date monitoring and shipping
  • check Responsibility for the complete processing of customer orders, from ordering to delivery and invoicing
  • check Control and approval of freight and packaging costs
  • check Responsibility for the coordination and processing of all export orders from order placement to on-time delivery, including the creation and maintenance of the necessary export documentation
  • check Checking spare parts orders for completeness and ensuring compliance with international trade and customs regulations
  • check Preparation of quotations for spare parts and services

What you should bring

  • check Further education in the export sector (e.g. foreign trade specialist with federal certificate)
  • check At least 2 years of professional experience in international order processing export (mechanical engineering an advantage)
  • check Very good SAP knowledge (SAP S/4 HANA Cloud)
  • check A reliable commitment with a high degree of independence, initiative and the ability to work in a team
  • check High service and customer orientation in order to respond to the specific needs of customers with regard to spare parts and offer optimal solutions
  • check Process-oriented thinking and acting
  • check Good written and spoken German and English skills
