Job Description

As a Project Leader R&D you take ownership of demanding technology projects, steer KPIs and navigate confidently through a matrix organisation. You bring a technical degree and 2–3 years of project experience and are ready to truly make an impact. Together with your team, you drive the next generation of high‑tech solutions.

What you will be doing

  • check Drive projects end‑to‑end: you plan, coordinate and steer R&D projects and make sure things truly move forward
  • check Own the KPIs: you keep “on time, on quality, on budget” under control and ensure the project stays on track
  • check Actively manage risks: you identify risks early, initiate mitigation measures and keep all stakeholders aligned
  • check Navigate the matrix with confidence: you engage the right people, manage interfaces and drive decisions
  • check Create clarity: you communicate clearly, structure information and bring focus to the project team

What you should bring

  • check Technical background: you hold a bachelor degree in a STEM field (e.g. Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering)
  • check First relevant experience: you have 2–3 years of experience in a project-related role and are ready to step up as a Project Leader
  • check Hands‑on mindset: you want to shape, solve and move things
  • check Matrix mindset: you enjoy working with multiple stakeholders, can prioritise and stay focused in complexity
  • check Strong communicator: you convey complex topics clearly and bring people together
