Job Description

As a Marketing Specialist, you shape our communication, organise events and contribute creative ideas to both internal and external marketing activities. You keep an eye on everything, even when several projects run in parallel. With your digital curiosity and your positive attitude, you help shape our brand experience – visibly and tangibly.

What you will be doing

  • check Shape marketing communication: you create news for the website, newsletters and social media, contributing creative ideas for videos, brochures, ads and other promotional materials
  • check Drive social media content: you lead the creation of impactful content for our social media channels and ensure consistent, engaging and brand‑aligned communication across all platforms
  • check Coordinate marketing activities: you maintain the Evatec events calendar, monitor deadlines and ensure that marketing and communication tasks are executed reliably and on time
  • check Organise events: you plan and execute internal events such as sales seminars, trainings, employee events (summer BBQ, Christmas party), meetings and workshops
  • check Strengthen internal communication and brand presence: you support intranet posts, global e‑mail communication, translations, and bring creative ideas for gifts for customers and employees while keeping track of the give‑away inventory

What you should bring

  • check Marketing background: you have an education in Marketing & Communication and are confident using social media and digital channels
  • check Language skills: you are fluent in German and English and feel comfortable communicating in both languages
  • check Digital flair: you enjoy working with Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and ideally bring a basic technical understanding with you
  • check Strong communication: you present yourself professionally, positively and clearly on all levels – both internally and externally
  • check Personality with drive: you work independently, creatively and with great attention to detail, and you bring a friendly, open attitude – even when things get a bit challenging
