Job Description

As Head of Finance, you take responsibility for financial statements, consolidation, liquidity planning, and lead a dedicated accounting team. With your expertise in Swiss GAAP FER, SAP, and Lucanet, you help shape our financial strategy and support the CFO directly.

What you will be doing

  • check Closing with foresight: you are responsible for the general ledger, monthly and annual financial statements, and group consolidation according to OR and Swiss GAAP FER
  • check Leadership & expertise: you lead the accounting department and support your team in daily operations with know-how and coaching
  • check Processes under control: you organise inventories, manage VAT returns, and coordinate audits with external partners
  • check Systems & standards: you act as superuser for SAP and Lucanet, maintain the Group Chart of Account, and further develop the Group Accounting Manual
  • check Shaping financial strategy: you manage liquidity planning, oversee banking relationships, and actively contribute to projects such as M&A or CRM

What you should bring

  • check Leadership experience: you bring at least 5 years of experience in a comparable role and enjoy taking responsibility for a team
  • check Strong expertise: you hold a university or university of applied sciences degree with a focus on accounting or a diploma as a certified expert in financial reporting and controlling
  • check Project competence: you have successfully led a homogeneous project with long-term orientation
  • check Accountability: you enjoy taking on cross-functional responsibilities and actively contribute to company-wide topics
  • check Strong communicator: you convince both rationally and emotionally, are a credible point of contact, and communicate confidently in German and English
