Job Description

As a Financial Accountant, you will take ownership of the full accounting cycle and ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards. You will support business operations through effective cash management, stakeholder coordination, and process optimization. This role combines technical accounting expertise with a proactive and business-oriented mindset.

What you will be doing

  • check Manage financial accounting: you oversee the full set of accounts, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Intercompany transactions, accruals, and provisions.
  • check Ensure compliance: you prepare reconciliations and balance sheet schedules while ensuring compliance with accounting standards, statutory requirements, and audit regulations.
  • check Monitor cash flow: you manage banking activities, cash flow, and working capital through effective control of AP and AR balances.
  • check Coordinate external stakeholders: you collaborate with auditors, tax agents, bankers, company secretaries, and relevant authorities.
  • check Drive improvements: you support budgeting activities, enhance finance processes, and strengthen internal controls and efficiencies.

What you should bring

  • check Relevant qualifications: you hold a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field together with a professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent.
  • check Practical experience: you have at least 3 to 5 years of professional accounting experience in a structured business environment.
  • check Systems expertise: you are experienced with ERP accounting systems, preferably SAP, and have strong skills in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
  • check Strong financial knowledge: you understand accounting standards, taxation requirements, and banking instruments and can assess their business impact.
  • check Structured working style: you are analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
