Job Description

As a Customer Support Manager at Evatec, you plan and coordinate the Field Service Team's assignments in North America, manage warehouses and repair programs, and support management in compliance projects. You travel about 20% of the time, including internationally.

Location: Hillsboro Office

What you will be doing

  • check Managing, scheduling and resource planning of the Field Service Team assigned to On-Site contracts across North America
  • check Managing, scheduling and resource planning of Field Retrofits across North America, from PO to final payment
  • check Managing, and resource planning of North American Evatec Warehouses and Repair/Refurbish Program
  • check Supporting the Evatec North American Management in Compliance and Standards projects
  • check Travelling approx. 20%, including occasional international travel

What you should bring

  • check B.S. or equivalent experience
  • check Technical experience in semiconductor equipment preferred
  • check Self-starter, tenacious, resilient
  • check Demonstrated ability to set and meet goals as well as lead others toward achieving those goals
  • check Able to effectively interface with customers both verbally and through written communication
  • check Ability to overcome adversity and high-pressure situations
  • check Ability to recommend and execute effective solutions
  • check Multicultural understanding
  • check Solid IT user skills (MS Office, ERP systems, scheduling tools)
  • check Fluent in English, knowledge in German and/or Spanish a plus
  • check Eligible to work in the US; valid driver’s license, passport and credit card
