As Teamlead Sub-Assembly & Lean Excellence, you lead an assembly team, ensure efficient and high-quality production operations, and continuously develop the Sub-Assembly organization together with your team. With your lean mindset and leadership skills, you drive sustainable success in quality, productivity, and on-time delivery.
What you will be doing
- Lead people: you manage a Sub-Assembly team, set priorities, allocate resources and support employee development
- Ensure performance: you are responsible for the quality, delivery and cost targets of assembly, commissioning and product shipment activities
- Drive Lean Excellence: you identify improvement opportunities and implement lean manufacturing methods to optimize processes and efficiency
- Motivate teams: you provide direction during demanding situations, foster collaboration and guide your team successfully through change
- Strengthen collaboration: you work closely with cross-functional departments to ensure smooth communication and material flow
What you should bring
- Technical background: you have completed a technical apprenticeship and ideally hold an HF qualification or an equivalent degree
- Industrial experience: you have several years of experience in a manufacturing environment and have already gained leadership experience
- Lean expertise: you are familiar with lean manufacturing, continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization methods
- Strong personality: you are resilient, proactive and capable of motivating people while maintaining focus under pressure
- System knowledge: you are proficient in MS Office and SAP, fluent in German, and have good English language skills
