Job Description

Do you want to do more than just manage IT projects and truly drive innovation? As a Project Lead IT & Innovation, you combine structured project delivery with digitalization and new technologies. You work at the intersection of IT and business and actively shape how innovation takes place within the company.

What you will be doing

  • check Take ownership: you lead IT projects end-to-end from planning and budgeting to delivery
  • check Ensure coordination: you orchestrate cross-functional teams and external partners
  • check Evaluate solutions: you assess and select hardware and software and further develop technologies
  • check Maintain quality: you manage risks, ensure compliance and oversee change and incident processes
  • check Drive innovation: you support digital initiatives, enable user adoption and ensure documentation and knowledge transfer

What you should bring

  • check Bring education: you have a technical or commercial background with strong IT affinity (e.g. Microsoft 365)
  • check Use experience: you bring 5–10 years of experience in IT projects or in a comparable role
  • check Think & execute: you analyse topics, quickly get up to speed and drive implementation
  • check Be a generalist: you are broadly skilled, not a pure specialist, and coordinate experts effectively
  • check Communicate clearly: you communicate confidently in German and English (English is a must) and work in a structured, independent way
