Job Description
Want to make a real impact while still studying? As a working student in standardization engineering, you bring structure to complex product data and processes. You collaborate closely with engineering and product management while actively shaping standards.
What you will be doing
- Lead and inspire: you provide direction, motivation, and support to the Customer Engineering team while fostering a culture of trust, collaboration, and continuous development
- Ensure quality: you take overall responsibility for the non-conformance process and safeguard the quality and reliability of our products
- Drive improvements: you monitor KPIs, identify optimization opportunities, and lead data-driven improvement and development initiatives
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration: you work closely with Product Management, Quality, Assembly, Standardization, and other stakeholders to ensure products meet targets in quality, cost, and delivery
- Strengthen customer satisfaction: you resolve customer issues, manage escalations, and ensure sustainable solutions that maintain customer confidence and trust
What you should bring
- Technical expertise: you hold a university degree in engineering or an equivalent qualification
- Leadership experience: you have successfully led teams, developed employees, and act as a coach and sparring partner
- Passion for people: you inspire others, build strong relationships, and know how to unite teams behind common goals
- Business and project know-how: you understand business processes and have experience in project management and continuous improvement environments
- International communication skills: you are fluent in English and German and feel comfortable working in an international setting
