Job Description

As Team Leader Logistics at Evatec, you will be responsible for the technical and personnel management of an eight-strong shipping team. You plan and coordinate all logistics processes. You also control and monitor processes in the packaging area.

What you will be doing

  • check Professional and personnel management of 8 logistics employees in shipping team
  • check Budget responsibility, work planning, training and performance appraisal of employees
  • check Planning and coordination of all logistical activities (provision, packaging, loading)
  • check Control of processes in the packaging area incl. control of packing instructions
  • check Improvement of logistics processes 5S
  • check Ensuring compliance with overarching quality standards

What you should bring

  • check Education as a logistics specialist with "eidg. Fachausweis" or apprenticeship as a logistician EFZ in a technical, industrial environment with many years of experience
  • check Management experience
  • check Experience in packaging & shipping
  • check Reliable and independent personality with quick comprehension skills
  • check Forklift, crane and driver's license
  • check Good IT knowledge (WMS, SAP 4/HANA)
  • check Good knowledge of German, English is an advantage
