Job Description

Do you love numbers, systems, and people? Do you want to do more than just payroll accounting and be part of a motivated, fun HR team? Then Evatec has just the right place for you!
Our three-person office is strong in HR administration, consulting, and recruiting—but when it comes to payroll, we have some gaps and need you as an expert to fill them! Would you like to take on around 60% of the payroll and, depending on your desired workload, dive into exciting HR topics for another 10–40%? Then you've come to the right place!

What you will be doing

  • check Monthly payroll accounting and year-end processing – accurate and on time
  • check Cooperation with pension funds, social security agencies, tax authorities, and work permit offices
  • check Processing of accidents, EO, illnesses, and absences
  • check Maintenance of master data and personnel files
  • check Comprehensive consulting for HR colleagues and employees on all aspects of payroll
  • check Interface to financial accounting and internal auditing
  • check Preparation of wage statements, social security declarations, and withholding tax statements
  • check Preparation of market comparisons
  • check Administration of family allowances
  • check Preparation of reports – standardized and ad hoc
  • check Payroll HR superuser (Abacus/SAP)
  • check SAP payroll transfer (shape the future – we are counting on you!)

What you should bring

  • check Extensive experience in payroll and social security from A to Z
  • check Enjoy working with numbers, systems, and people
  • check Team spirit, lots of initiative, and a sense of humor (we laugh a lot!)
