Job Description

Do you enjoy ensuring that international customer orders are processed accurately and delivered smoothly from start to finish? As an Order Processor, you take ownership of the complete order handling process, from order receipt to invoicing. You work closely with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient, compliant and customer-focused order execution.

What you will be doing

  • check Manage order processing: You handle and coordinate customer orders independently and ensure timely invoicing.
  • check Coordinate customer communication: You collaborate closely with international customers and internal departments to maintain smooth communication and execution.
  • check Review and process orders: You verify customer orders, coordinate with internal stakeholders and ensure accurate order fulfilment.
  • check Support procurement and master data management: You maintain master data, place purchase orders with suppliers and review incoming invoices.
  • check Coordinate returns and repairs: You organise and track repairs, returns and replacement processes through to completion.

What you should bring

  • check Commercial background: You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification and gained several years of experience in international order processing, shipping or a similar role.
  • check International communication skills: You are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • check Systems expertise: You are proficient with Microsoft Office and ideally have experience with SAP, preferably S/4HANA.
  • check Customer focus: You understand customer requirements and approach tasks with a strong service mindset.
  • check Nice to have: Knowledge of export control regulations and international customs requirements is an advantage.
