For our Sales Team we are looking for a

Sales Manager

Evatec is a Swiss company with offices in the US, Europe and Asia that specializes in the development, production and sale of high-tech thin film deposition equipment for the semiconductor, optical and optoelectronics markets. From the high brightness LEDs in our cars to the sensors and filters in our mobile phones our know how enables the world’s leading manufacturers to deliver solutions for autonomous driving, smart wearables and hand held and high performance 5G mobile networks.

Your main tasks:

• Providing Sales Support to customers using our equipment for the manufacturing requirements
• Establishing and maintaining strong relationship with existing customers
• Organizing and follow up to sales, projects and customer purchase orders all the way to delivery, final customer acceptance (IAT & FAT) & payment release
• Initiating and execute Sales & Marketing activities with alignment with management and HQ in Switzerland in promoting our product and solution to customers in the field
• Preparing business plan of responsible market and achieve agreed business targets
• Supporting yearly Sales Budget process
• Updating Sales projects into CRM and maintain the information accurately according to company’s requirement
• Supporting trade show, event and build up relationship with customers
• Acting as a liaison between our customers and Evatec headquarters to ensure all concerns are addressed accurately and effectively for long term resolution

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, physics or material science is preferred
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Sales and experience and knowledge in Semiconductor, Optoelectronics and Advanced Packaging industry
• Working experience in international company is preferred
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in Japanese and English language
• Good decision-making skills
• Good inter-person and communication skills
• Ability to prepare report in a structure way
• Ability to read and understand German is beneficial, but not required
